The Request to book button on a listing is a new feature that lets you know that the space is available to book. If you are a space manager, click here to learn about adding this to your own listing.
When a space manager has enabled the Request to book feature on their listing, all you need to do is:
- Click Request to book.
- Fill out the form and submit your request for the space.
- Wait for the space manager to approve or decline your request.
As soon as you submit your request, your payment will be pending until the space manager approves your request.
Note: You will only be charged when a space manager approves your request. If a space manager declines your request, the pending charges will be removed from your bank account.
The space manager will have 48 hours (including weekends and public holidays) to approve your request. If they don’t respond after 48 hours, then your request will be automatically declined, and the pending charges will be removed from your bank account.
You will receive an email as soon as you submit your request, and then another email will be sent to you when the space manager approves or declines your request.
If your request has been declined, you can use the Send enquiry button on the listing to get in touch with the space manager to ask about availabilities.
