After the space seeker has used your space, your booking revenue will be temporarily held by Spacely. There is a seven calendar day dispute window following the end of the booking during which the space seeker can raise a dispute regarding their booking of the space.
Provided that no dispute is raised, your booking revenue will be released seven calendar days after the booking ends.
Your payout will be processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Allow up to three business days for your payment to be processed. Payments will be sent directly to the registered bank account that you entered in your Account Settings.
