We’re sorry to hear that something’s gone awry with a Spacely booking. We take each dispute seriously and hope to help you resolve things in the best way possible.
Note: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking at least two business days prior to the start date of your booking. Click here for more information on our cancellation process for space seekers.
If you wish to raise a dispute, you should contact the space manager directly. If the space manager has breached a term of your space agreement, this is a matter that you should seek to resolve directly with the space manager.
For clarity on your rights in using the space, you should refer to the terms of your space agreement. This is your legally binding agreement with the space manager for your occupation of the space.
If a dispute cannot be resolved with the space manager, or where the dispute concerns a possible breach of the Spacely General Terms, you can raise a dispute by contacting the Spacely team. We can only assist with disputes made within seven calendar days after the booking ends.
