Space seekers are entitled to a full refund on bookings if a cancellation request is received by Spacely two or more business days prior to the booking start date. You can request a cancellation by contacting the Spacely team.

Note: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made outside of this period. In the event of exceptional circumstances, we may provide a full refund, however, this is at the discretion of Spacely.
